To my eldest son Simeon Walker all the property with the increase that he has already received, which I suppose is worth $3,000; my exors. to pay him $1.00 12 months after my death. To my daughter Nancy Smith the property she and Mr. Smith has already received worth $2,000, and $100 to be paid after my death. To my wife Sarah Walker during her life the North end of the tract I live on, including the houses and part of the plantation, also a Negro man Harry, a Mulatto man Peter, a Negro man July and Jude his wife, my stock furniture and still. I also give her my Negro woman Molley. To my youngest son Jeremiah Walker all the property he has already received, also the tract of land I now live on not lent to my wife, and at her death, the part I lent her, all consisting of 350 acres; also at her death the Mulatto man Peter, and the Negro man July and Jude his wife. To my daughter Sally Stallings the property she and Mr. Stallings already received, and one-third of the remainder of my estate which is not disposed of. To my daughter Patsy Stokes the property she and Mr. Stokes has already received, and at the death of my wife, one third of my estate not already disposed of. To my daughter Betsey Limpkin [sic] the property she and Mr. Lumpkin has already received, and one-third at my wife's death.
