Lampasas County, TX N-75 In the Matter of the Estate of W.C. Walker dec'd Now on this 4th day of December 1889 came on to be considered the adminstrators 3rd Supplemental Statement and the Court after fully investigating the same with the accompanying vouchers find said account to be correct. It is therefore ordered by the Court - that said account be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and that the same be recorded in the minutes of this Court and it appearing to the Court from said statement that James W. Walker failed to make application to said Administrator for his distributive proportion of the proceeds of the last sale of land made by said Administrator under the order of this Court within six months after the report of the Commissioners of partition and said proportional share due said Jim W. Walker appears to be twenty-four and 30/100 Dollars. It is further ordered by the Court that Newton Walker administrator of the Estate of W.C. Walker deceased be and he is hereby discharged as such administrator and said administration be closed, when said administrator shall have filed with the Clerk of this Court the receipt of the State Treasurer for said sum of $24.30 less his expenses in transmitting the same and upon payment of balance Court Costs of said administration. N-75 Estate of W.C. Walker deceased Statement of the Expenses and distribution by the Administrator by order of the Court made on the _ day of July 188_. The administrator charges himself with the following receipts from his interstates Estate.
The Administrator herewith files his vouchers for said expenses and disbursements and approval of the Court of the sales made of said property. The Administration would represent further that James Walker one of the distributees of said estate this Administrator has failed to find that there is $24.30 in the hands of this Administrator belonging to said James Walker. This Administrator having fully administered said Estate asks that he be fully discharged from further charge as trust thereof and that said Administration be closed. /s/Newton Walker Sworn to and subscribed before me this 2nd day of Dec 1889 A.G. Muiger Post Master at Lampasas Texas do hereby certify that HN Key County Clerk for Lampasas County has this day mailed in my office a certified copy of an order of the County Court of Lampasas County ordering Newton Walker Administrator of the Estate of W.C. Walker Dec'd to pay over to the State Treasurer the sum of ($24.30) Twenty four & 30/100 Dollars being James W. Walkers distributative proportion of the proceeds of the last sale of lands. Made by order of Court that said Certified copy was duly directed to Hon FR Lubbock State Treasurer Austin Travis County Texas the seat of Government. Given under my hand this Decr 10th 1889 /s/L.L.
